Connecticut native, DJ Cha, began her official DJ career in 2023, 4 years after moving to Boston, MA. Her love for music began in midde school as she became an avid music lover after being exposed to various genres by close family and friends. DJ Cha grew up listening to Reggae/Dancehall through her Jamaican roots but she grew a deep love for Hip-Hop and R&B while curating a variety of playlists for herself and friends. What started off as a hobby quickly became a passion for her to bring her playlists to life through her open format DJ sets. DJ Cha’s extensive music knowledge and unique “old school meets new school” style is what gets crowds of all ages set for an unforgettable experience.
